ARE YOU ALSO EXCITED ABOUT HAVING A BIRTHDAY? Today is the party! Or is it? Did they forget viola player Richard's birthday? Will Melissa as "Princess of the Fiddle" get the most presents again? What is Sietse-Jan doing sneaking through the garden with all those garlands and his cello? Will violinist Maaike find her friends again? And is Annette dancing the birthday waltz with her? Or does she really want to be left alone with her double bass?
Laat me met rust! is a theatrical concert by Oorkaan and the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra for everyone ages 5 and up. The 24 string players play Dvořák's famous 'Serenade for strings'. The 24 string players play the famous 'Serenade for strings' by van Dvořák. Wonderful music for when you want to be left alone and celebrate your own party.
