Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022 - In the spotlight: two-day workshop with the creators and musicians of Four! - 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
You will be trained in making music and acting to be part of the performance Four! on Sunday. Do you dare to enter our wonderland and jump down the rabbit hole? The workshop will be taught in English. Previous experience with an instrument is nice, but not a requirement.

HOW DOES TOGETHER SOUND?
It's party time! But you stumble, and fall face-first into the cake. You wipe the whipped cream from your eyes, look around, and ... you are suddenly somewhere else. You hear music. It comes closer and closer. Four musicians are playing merrily, hopping, stumbling. Together they are celebrating something special. The four of them together, that's a party!

The newly formed Oorkaan Ensemble consists of four top musicians. Combining different cultures and musical traditions, they play theatrical concerts without words. They tell nothing more than the story you can hear from the music. That is in Whoop Whoop(s) quite a journey, full of traditional Turkish sounds, new compositions, Mozart and more. And it begins and ends with a party.

Whoop Whoop(s) directed by international award-winning director Caecilia Thunnissen and Yorick Stam, is an upbeat theatrical family concert for everyone aged 4-104, full of (un)recognizable sounds, movement and humor.
