Strange Zones

How does it sound?

HOW DOES THE UNKNOWN SOUND?
Those who are curious discover the most beautiful and crazy things. Diamanda, Marcus and Yanna prove this in their quest for the sound of the unknown. Trio Diamanda takes the audience on a musical journey through Bach's Goldberg Variations, Garth Knox's contemporary compositions and energetic melodies from Irish Folk traditions.

Vreemde Streken is a physical concert, in which the three musicians explore the boundaries of a poetic soundscape like true pioneers, merging musical worlds with their instrument. Experimental and folksy sounds, with a recognizable Bachian pattern as a handhold for the young listener.

Click HERE and print out these 2 coloring pages on an A4. Look closely at the coloring pages. See what strange antics these violin, viola and cello are up to? Have fun searching and coloring!
