Sticks
how does it sound?
WHAT DOES PRIMAL SOUND LIKE? In Sticks you will discover, together with the four virtuoso percussionists of Percossa, how you can talk without saying a word. How you can make music without musical instruments and how you can open your ears to sounds you never heard before, such as the rhythm of fire, music-making animals and exciting sounds from nature. A percussion concert full of humor, from four primal-natured men who may not be as civilized as they pretend to be.
Percossa and Oorkaan previously made the successful production The Brothers Chest, the international hit that has been touring the world for 10 years. For Sticks they have once again joined forces.

For at home
This is how you make your own 3-in-1 percussion instrument!
You will need: an empty clean can, a little rice, a balloon, a rubber band, chopsticks (Chinese chopsticks, for example) and scissors.
Put a handful of rice in the empty can. Note: the edge may be a little sharp. Cut the tail off the balloon and place the rest of the balloon over the top of the can. To keep the balloon in place, pull a rubber band over the can and lo and behold, your 3-in-1 instrument is ready! Will you play the balloon bongo, the rice shaker or the güiro with the sticks first? Have fun!
