Sprout
How does it sound?
How does growing sound? Somewhere in a field, plop, a little toe emerges from the earth. The little toe becomes a leg and grows into a girl. The girl grows up. She laughs, she plays, she dances and she sings. Then there is a strange sound from afar... The musicians protect her, but also teach her not to be afraid and to go her own way. Spruit is a fairy tale about growing up and flying out with lots of dance and music. Marica Bujáki brings Sprout to life with play and dance. The musicians of Csókolom let the sprout grow into a girl with their rousing and moving gypsy music.
